How to Brew

1. Add 20g of finely ground espresso to the portafilter using the funnel.

2. Use the WDT tool to evenly break up clumps.

3. Tamp firmly with the included metal tamper.

4. Fill with 70ml of hot water and assemble.

5. Begin pumping until pre-infusion starts, wait 10 seconds, then pump steadily.

6. Extract until all water has passed through. Enjoy!
