Price Match Policy
Coffee-A-Roma's Price Match Policy ensures our customers get the best deals on coffee machines & grinders. Let us know if you find a lower price, and we'll match it! Check out the conditions below and reach out if you need help.
Coffee-A-Roma will match a competitor's advertised price for a product subject to the following conditions:
Competitor must:
(1) Be a registered Australian business, have an Australian Business Number and be registered for Goods and Services Tax ("GST"); and
(2) Have a physical retail store located in Australia.
The product offered by the Competitor must be:
(1) A product sold by Coffee-A-Roma;
(2) Identical (i.e. same brand/model/colour/year of production);
(3) In stock (not available for back orders); and
(4) Available for immediate purchase.
The Competitor's price must:
(1) Include all delivery charges, GST and bonus offers; and
(2) Be verifiable by Coffee-A-Roma via confirmation of the competitors advertised price, i.e catalogue, newspaper, radio, TV, website (not verbal or personal quotes)
(3) Be for non bulk/commercial quantities, (Only retail quantities price matched)
Coffee-A-Roma does not price match on:
(1) Competitor's clearance lines, display stock items, liquidation sales or limited stock offers; or
(2) Grey imports. "Grey imports" are products acquired from internationally based distributors other than the manufacturer's locally licensed importer. They are sometimes referred to as "direct import" or "grey market" products and are usually supplied directly to the customer from overseas.
(3) Coffee-A-Roma reserves the right not to match a competitor price that falls below our cost price.
(4) Where the lower price is as a result of a mistake/misprint by the competitor
(5) Not Applicable on our trade in / trade up promotion
Making the Purchase:
(1) Customers who qualify for a price match can purchase both in store and online.
(2) No further discounts or promotions/bonus offers can be used in conjunction with a competitor price match.
(3) Customers who qualify for a price match and buying online will be sent a separate Paypal invoice with the revised price of the item/s.
Coffee-A-Roma 7 Day Purchase Price Guarantee:
As well as our Price Match Policy (outlined above), our customers will also receive a 7 day price guarantee on all coffee machines and or grinders purchased from our shop/website. Should you find a lower advertised price for the same product by an Australian competitor, simply bring in the advertisement^, plus your purchase receipt within 7 days of the transaction and we will happily refund the difference as a Coffee-A-Roma gift card.
Our 7 day price guarantee applies to newly boxed, currently available stock of the identical model, advertised by a competitor. This excludes Grey Imports, Auctions, 24 hour sales, Buy Now sales and commercial quantities.
Simply visit our store (or for online purchases contact us via our website), in which you made the original purchase to facilitate the refund.
^ Proof of advertising can be in the form of a daily newspaper, catalogue, commercial radio or television.
