Hand built in Milan, the Giotto R Fast features a commercial E61 group head, insulated 1.8L heat exchange boiler and quiet rotary pump. Brew and steam simultaneously with excellent temperature stability, whether you’re using the internal water reservoir or connecting directly to mains water.
The updated brew group and larger heating elements bring the Giotto R Fast to temperature faster than the previous generation, while the OLED display, built-in shot timer and dual pressure gauges give you clear control over every shot.
