Rancilio’s exclusive grinding chamber cooling system, with die-cast aluminum fins, dissipates heat to protect the coffee’s aromatic properties. The brass chamber is thermally coupled to the aluminum body for superior thermal stability and consistent grind quality.

Durable ThermoSteel Burrs
Flat 64 mm burrs are crafted from 100% steel and treated with ThermoSteel for long-lasting performance. Mounted on an anti-vibration base, the grinding system also reduces operational noise.

Advanced Dosing Precision
The dosing system delivers doses ranging from 5.5 g to 10 g — one of the widest ranges in its class. Ground coffee is dispensed into a food-grade, shock-resistant polycarbonate container, ensuring both safety and freshness.
