Why Backflush?
Backflushing helps remove stale coffee oils and particles from the group head, valve, and lines. This improves espresso flavor and extends machine lifespan.

Basic Backflushing Guide:

1. Insert the blind filter into your portafilter

2. Activate the brew cycle for 5–10 seconds

3. Stop, wait a few seconds, and repeat 3–4 times

4. Remove portafilter and rinse

5. Repeat until water runs clear
